We can’t express enough how much we enjoyed working with Rhonda and Steve Costa at Sunrise Homes & Renovations.  We live in Pennsylvania and several years ago purchased a lot in the Royal Highlands to build our vacation/retirement home on.  We loved our lot, but we began to get cold feet about having a house built for us and living so far away.

We had begun to think that maybe we would buy a resale and met Steve and Rhonda quite by accident on one of our visits to Florida. We went through a home that they had built and was being sold and absolutely loved the floor plan of this home which was the Cambridge model.  We called Sunrise Homes & Renovations right away as we were going to be leaving Florida the next day.  Steve & Rhonda were so accommodating to us and invited us to meet with them that very day. 

What impressed us about Sunrise Homes & Renovations is that there are no hidden costs with them.  What you see is what you get.  We wanted granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, Berber carpet and we found that most other builders we had spoken with these items were considered options.  With Sunrise Homes they are included in the construction price.

They talked us through the whole construction process and told us they could build our house in 4 to 6 months.  Most other builders were giving us at least a 12 month construction time.  The whole process went like clockwork.  The Costas kept us informed with each stage of the building process.  They faithfully sent us updates and photos of the house as it was being built.  It really put us at ease as we could see the progress and they actually were right on target with a 4 to 6 month completion. 

Early in the process we made a trip to Florida to pick out paint, tiles, etc.  It was hard trying to envision how everything would look.  When the tile backsplash was being installed in the kitchen, Steve called us to say that they felt it was too light and that they thought we might be disappointed with it.  He said there was time to change it and pulled samples of other tile and sent us pictures of them.  They made a suggestion, and by this time we fully trusted Steve and Rhonda and told them to go with their suggestion.  We are so glad that he called us with this concern as we know we would have been disappointed with the original backsplash tile we had chosen.

The Costas treated our home as if it was their home that they were building.  They were at the house almost daily and this was verified by our neighbor who said he saw them there almost every day.  Our neighbor is a commercial builder and he walked through our home and said the quality was top-rate.  Our house was completed in four months and it is absolutely beautiful. We would recommend Sunrise Homes & Renovations to anyone who is looking at having a home built.  We are extremely happy with the final result.

We are so delighted with our room addition and renovation work that you did in our home.  All of your subcontractors that worked here were so nice and courteous.  The extra care you took in blocking off the construction area from the remainder of the house made the dirt and other debris nonexistent.  The quality of your work was outstanding.  The neighbors were even impressed with the quality and timeliness of the job.

Thank you so much for sending over Sal to look at my front door. I appreciate that very much. He came by the next day, and it turns out that we do not need to replace the door at all, it looks like we just need new weatherstripping, which he offered to replace.
